Inspired by visionary entrepreneurs who want to build enduring technology companies. I have embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to partner with ambitious founders to chart out strategic direction, shaping growth initiatives and help with fund raise, exits and M&A.

With this mission, I founded Surge Advisory, a boutique Investment Banking firm, to bring my expertise in deal advisory to the completely underserved mid-market segment to help entrepreneurs/ companies raise Institutional capital, advise on M&A and exits.

In my previous roles, I have led and concluded large fund-raises, acquisitions and divestitures. At Mphasis, I led and concluded acquisitions and divestitures including India’s $1bn+, largest ever PE buy-out to one of the largest global PE firms. My deal advisory experience is built on a solid track record of operating experience of partnering with leadership teams to drive revenue growth and increase in market cap. Last 2 years, I chose to be part of start-up entities/ environments to lead strategic planning, set up new units, scale operations and support fund raise.
